Not trading signals
The Mempool Whale Radar displays large unconfirmed transactions for educational observation. A large transfer does not imply bullish or bearish intent, exchange inflows or outflows with market meaning, or any actionable trade. We do not score, rank, or alert for trading purposes.
Heuristic limits
The Brief tool applies simple structural rules (consolidation, distribution, etc.). These are starting points, not conclusions. Change outputs look like payments; internal exchange transfers look like whale moves; CoinJoin breaks naive tracing. Certainty labels (probably, possibly) reflect structural confidence — not ownership proof.
Label limits
Address labels are exact-match entries with public sources and confidence grades. A missing label does not mean an address is unknown to the world — only that we have not published a sourced entry. A present label can be outdated if an entity rotated wallets.
Third-party data
We rely on mempool.space and CoinGecko APIs called from your browser. Feeds can fail, lag, or return incomplete mempool tips. Always verify transactions on an independent block explorer before relying on them for any decision.
