Write to hello [at] bitcoinwhale [dot] org — replace brackets with the usual symbols. We read every message; this is a small volunteer-maintained project, not a support desk.
What to include
- Label submissions: exact address, entity name, public source URL, and why the attribution is justified. We add only sourced, exact-match entries.
- Factual corrections: page URL, what is wrong, and a verifiable source.
- Privacy requests: describe your request; note we hold no server-side personal data — most AdSense-related requests go to Google.
- Security issues: responsible disclosure appreciated; do not include live exploit payloads in the first email.
Response time
We aim to reply within three to five business days. Complex label reviews or legal requests may take longer. We do not provide trading advice, price predictions, or identity attribution beyond our public label list.
